The SPT pressure sensor is based on the new two-chip technology (P2P technology, developed by our patent) and meets the highest requirements for robustness and performance, such as stability, vibration resistance and shock resistance. The piezoresistive stainless steel measuring cell is specially optimized for the chemical and physical properties of hydrogen. The entire sensor consists of a one-piece structure, which is designed to effectively prevent embrittlement and penetration of metal surfaces due to hydrogen ionization.
In addition, the sensor is completely vacuum-sealed and elastomer-free, eliminating leakage problems due to fatigue of the internal seal material at the source. The sensor requires no pressure transfer liquid, no large pressure surface, and a very robust diaphragm design ensures its reliability and durability in extreme environments.
