Explosion proof Inline Liquid Density Meter

This compact MEMS liquid density sensor is ATEX II1G and IECEx Zone 0 certified for hazardous areas. It uses an omega-shaped silicon microchannel to measure liquid density via vibration frequency—denser liquids vibrate at lower frequencies. Measuring just 37 x 83 x 18.2 mm³, it fits into tight spaces and delivers real-time, high-precision results. A built-in platinum resistor compensates for temperature effects, and data is transmitted reliably via Modbus RTU.
